COVID-19 Testing

Family First Health offers COVID-19 testing, at no out-of-pocket costs*, for all our patients at all our sites, during regular office hours. We also provide regular community testing at our George Street Center on Mondays from 12:00 pm till 4:15 pm. Stay up to date with scheduled testing sites by following us on Facebook or checking out our events calendar.

While your insurance may be billed for these services, Family First Health will waive any co-pays or out of pocket expenses for our patients. The CARES Act requires providers that order and/or provide testing to post the cash price of these services to their public website. The cost of receiving these services at Family First Health is as follows: 

  • CPT code 99000 (Handling and/or conveyance of specimen for transfer from the office to a laboratory)  the standard charge is $15.00
  • CPT code 99001 (Handling and/or conveyance of specimen for transfer from the patient in other than an office to a laboratory) the standard charge is $26.00. 
  • These charges are the standard prices for an uninsured patient above 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

COVID-19 Vaccines

Family First Health continues to offer COVID-19 vaccines for Family First Health patients and community members, following the Department of Health guidelines, for COVID-19 vaccination. Schedule your appointment over the phone by calling our COVID-19 vaccine information line at 717-356-2242.
