Family First Health Gettysburg Center is located in the Marshall’s Plaza (formerly Peebles Plaza) in Gettysburg. The health center was launched in 2009 following a community needs study and an initiation by the Healthy Adams County.

Family First Health receives grant support from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the United Way of York County, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the York County Community Development Department, the York City Bureau of Health, and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and are so covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), meaning all malpractice claims are subject to federal procedural law. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
